Project and Stakeholder Coordination Support for the EU Agency AMLA in Frankfurt am Main – Interim/Zeitarbeit
We are looking for a Project and Stakeholder Coordination Support (M/F/D) for a multinational client in Frankfurt/Main, the EU Agency Authority for Anti-Money Laundering and Countering the Financing of Terrorism AMLA.
Client:
- The Authority for Anti-Money Laundering and Countering the Financing of Terrorism (AMLA) is a decentralised EU agency that coordinates national authorities to ensure the correct and consistent application of EU rules. The aim of the EU Authority is to transform the anti-money laundering and countering the financing of terrorism (AML/CFT) supervision in the EU and enhance cooperation among financial intelligence units (FIUs).
- At the AMLA you can become part of an international and multicultural team presently in its set-up phase.
Main tasks:
The purpose of this role would be to provide dedicated project and stakeholder coordination support for Risk Analysis Unit workstreams requiring structured interaction with National Competent Authorities, other European Union and national authorities, AMLA internal functions and external providers. The role would bridge the gap between the substantive analytical and methodological work carried out by Risk Analysis Unit experts and the coordination required to implement these activities effectively.
In particular, the role would:
- Coordinate the establishment and operation of the Forum on Risks and Technology, including membership processes, engagement with participating authorities, planning of meetings and workshops, coordination of consultation and feedback processes and follow-up of agreed actions.
- Coordinate Risk Analysis Unit data-acquisition initiatives, including interaction with other authorities and external data providers, preparation and follow-up of data-sharing arrangements and MoUs, and coordination of the relevant procurement and internal approval processes.
- Coordinate the testing and onboarding of new datasets, acting as a liaison between Risk Analysis Unit, AMLA’s IT Unit and external providers in relation to requirements, timelines, technical dependencies and implementation issues.
- Coordinate the operational implementation of non-recurring data collections and surveys, including timelines, engagement with participating authorities, monitoring progress, addressing implementation issues and coordinating the consolidation of submissions. Methodological design, validation and analytical use of the data would remain with Risk Analysis Unit experts.
- Support implementation of the blockchain analytics action plan, including coordination with the European Commission, relevant public authorities and private-sector providers, and organisation of workshops, demonstrations and training activities.

Professional Experience:
- Minimum 5+ years experience in project coordination, programme support, stakeholder engagement or a related role
- Experience coordinating activities involving multiple stakeholders, including public authorities, external providers and internal teams.
- Experience organising meetings, workshops, expert groups or networks and following up on actions and deliverables.
- Experience supporting data collection, information-sharing or survey initiatives, including monitoring timelines and coordinating contributors.
- Experience preparing reports, presentations and briefing materials.
- Demonstrated experience designing and implementing PMO structures, governance, and methodologies.
IT Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams).
- Experience using project management and collaboration tools.
- Familiarity with data visualisation and reporting tools would be an advantage.
Language Skills:
English is the standard working language and therefore a C1 level is required
