infeurope provides IT business consultancy in business analysis and business management, project management, human resources, multi media, communication, e-learning, IT security and many other specialised fields. Furthermore, infeurope has ample experience in the development of “proof-of-concepts” (prototyping), i.e. the realisation of a certain method or idea to demonstrate its feasibility.

Particulary in the field of human resources, infeurope can act as an intermediary between businesses looking for new employees or freelancers, and the consultants themselves. Our function in this case is to source the most suitable person for whatever job vacancy we have been asked to fill.

infeurope runs a large database on IT experts and related profiles. We have gathered excellent experience over the last few years in processing service requests from many of our clients from which we understand the precise needs. For many of our clients we have established a resource pool of preselected candidates from our database containing several thousands of candidates, who would be suitable for the defined profiles, in essence recording their skills, experience, education and availability, together with the profiles for which they are appropriate.

The candidates within the pool would be drawn from internal staff and known freelancers (we have a strong preference for using freelancers who have worked successfully for us in the past). This pool will be periodically reviewed to take account of changing circumstances, such as the current availability of the candidates, and equally new candidates may be added at any time. Moreover, we are in regular contact with the candidates. Therefore we are able to ensure that the database remains up to date.

A particular advantage of maintaining such a pool is that identification of potential candidates can be achieved faster and more efficiently. To this end, we make use of a database which records not only the details described above, but also a history for each candidate in terms of our contact with them and the assignments for which they have been proposed or accepted. Management of the pool is assisted by our administrative support tool, which is also used to record all service request details.

The resourcing pool is fed with new information on a daily basis. The details pertain to new IT-standards and tools sought, new experts coming to our organisation, and experts coming off assignments, to be placed on other new contracts. This constant updating is required because new candidates become available on an ongoing basis, and as we seek to maintain long-term relationships with our IT experts we keep files up-to-date allowing the planning of movement of experts to new assignments (other clients). Equally as we draw on so many IT resources to fulfil contract needs, we seek new candidates on a quasi-permanent basis.
