infeurope is operating a large testing team to assist one of our customers in developing bespoke IT-systems in the area of intellectual property. Due to increasing service demands we now want to enlarge our team by a

Functional Test Analyst (m/f/d)

to work in Luxembourg under the supervision of our test manager.

Tasks:

• Performing Functional Testing;
• Drafting Functional Testing Summary reports which may include:
  • Testing scope;
  • Detected defects;
  • Execution rates;
  • Metrics;
  • Blocked test runs and environment downtimes;
• Drafting Defect reports. For every issue discovered by the Functional Tests the report will be generated. The report will include at least the execution status, technical description of steps and failure, duration of execution and number of restarts.
• Managed service workload reports;
• Documenting Test framework configuration changes made after supportive or adaptive maintenance of Functional Testing.

Your profile:

• Proven track record in managing both functional and non-functional testing activities within a multi-platform heterogeneous environment.
• At least 2 years’ relevant practical experience as a Functional Tester.
• 2 years’ experience with Java, JavaScript, Python.
• Experience in use of test tools that assist in manual testing.
• Very good communication skills..
• Experience in the Intellectual Property domain would be considered an advantage.
• Strong affinity with Cloud Native infrastructure and Behaviour-Driven Development (BDD) software design principles.
• Very good English communication skills (both orally and verbally)
