Customer Support Agent, Neunkirchen/Saar

For a renowned European institution in Amsterdam, infeurope is looking for a multilingual Customer Service Agent with strong communication skills, in Neunkirchen/Saar.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • First point of contact for the international customers of a prestigious European Institution in Amsterdam
  • Providing general and subject-specific support to customers regarding in-house applications and procedures, various forms and fees, online registration tools and services
  • Responsible for registration and processing of customer enquiries via phone, contact form and email
  • User guidance on the Institution’s webpage to ensure applicants and companies understand the procedures
  • Customer data management and maintenance in various data management tools

Your Profile:

  • Fluency in German and English (French would also be an advantage)
  • Preferably previous experience in customer care or hospitality
  • Passionate about customer care and ability to work in a dynamic customer service environment
  • Ability to pick things up quickly and wants to learn new things
  • Customer focused with experience of managing complex enquiries
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Organisational and problem solving skills
  • Team player who enjoys working in a cross-functional, diverse and international team
