Senior Consultant BPMN

We are looking for Business Analysts Senior.

Location: Off side (EU/UK)

We are looking for an experienced core BA with proven experience.

• Core Business Analyst with extensive experience and relevant qualifications (degree in Business, Economics, IT, or equivalent; BA certification advantageous)
• Skilled in planning BA work, selecting techniques, and performing stakeholder analysis and engagement
• Experienced in leading elicitation activities, managing complex changes, and coordinating other BAs or small teams
• Able to challenge requirements, prioritize based on value, and align analysis with business strategy
• Senior-level competence across multiple BA specialties as needed for projects

Possible Specialisations

We may require Business Analysts with one or more of the following specialties:

• Business Process Management: Analyse, model, and improve processes using BPMN; collaborate with stakeholders; optimize value streams.
• Functional Analyst: Translate business needs into functional specs; support Agile teams, sprints, user stories, and stakeholder communication; understand basic APIs and integrations.
• Business Modelling & Analysis: Provide holistic business views; support architecture, value streams, product lifecycles, and operating models; align initiatives with strategic goals.

General Requirements:

• Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Collaborative and adaptable, working effectively with stakeholders at all levels
• Experienced with common enterprise applications and digital collaboration tools
