infeurope is looking for a Social Media consultant for our multinational client in Luxembourg.

Tasks

-Provision of consultancy for social media

-Assistance to roll out of activities on social networks

-Planning and drafting social media contents (including creatives), reporting and analysing social media performance to guide strategic decisions

-Support the for carrying out paid promotion campaigns

-Coordination of the delivery of creative content with different stakeholders

-Develop and manage reporting social media tools, produce weekly, monthly and six-monthly reports on social media performance, liaising closely with other experts to improve performance; prepare summary reports on website and social media traffic

-Developing creative social media campaigns to advertise key messages, key events and flagship projects

-Developing and updating KPIs, recommendations and guidelines, based on evidence, experience and benchmarking, about the best use of social networks

-Monitoring the evolution of social media channels and helping to update the social media strategy accordingly

-Preparing and running live social media reporting from key events; support the provision of training and advising the team in the effective use of social media

 

Qualification and skills

 Bachelor degree, preferably oriented towards communication, public relations, political sciences or (international political) economy and/or equivalent professional experience

-Proven track record of producing copy and creative contents for use on social media as well as management and planning of social media campaigns to promote events, conferences and other corporate gatherings

-Strong editing and content production skills, proven to successfully summarise complex texts into short, effective social media contents and within deadlines

-Proficiency with common software such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint

-Experience in using the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)

-Experience in working in an international environment and with different cultures

-Excellent command of UK Standard English, including effective spoken presentation and written reporting abilities

-Good command of other EU languages is considered an asset

-At least 3 years of relevant work experience with a focus on communication through social media, using videos and infographics

-Proven track record in writing and editing UK Standard English web and social media content

-Proven track record in managing social media campaigns in an EU context

-Experience in delivery of services related to communication to EC services and/or other EU Institutions and/or International Financial Institutions/Organisations and/or managing authorities and/or similar assignments, as evidenced by at least 2 years of relevant professional experience.
