We are looking for Business Analysts Senior.

Location: Off side (EU/UK)

We are looking for an experienced core BA with proven experience.

  • More than 5 years of experience in IT Business Analysis, particularly in Agile projects or product teams
  • Skilled in requirements elicitation, user stories, backlog management, and Agile methodologies
  • Experienced in business process analysis, modelling (BPMN), and process redesign
  • Able to facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and lead feature-level BA activities
  • Familiar with business modelling tools and assessing AI opportunities in business processes

Possible Specialisations

We may require Business Analysts with one or more of the following specialties:

  • Executable Process Design: Design executable workflows (BPMN); integrate systems, data, and human tasks; simulate and optimize processes; use workflow tools.
  • Business Data Analysis: Analyse data for insights and decision-making; identify trends and anomalies; create dashboards and reports with Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.
  • AI-Driven Business Analysis: Identify AI opportunities; define use cases and data requirements; estimate impact; collaborate with data scientists to deliver AI solutions.

General Requirements:

  • Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Collaborative and adaptable, working effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Experienced with common enterprise applications and digital collaboration tools

  • Skilled in planning BA work, selecting techniques, and performing stakeholder analysis and engagement
  • Experienced in leading elicitation activities, managing complex changes, and coordinating other BAs or small teams
  • Able to challenge requirements, prioritize based on value, and align analysis with business strategy
  • Senior-level competence across multiple BA specialties as needed for projects

Possible Specialisations

We may require Business Analysts with one or more of the following specialties:

  • Business Process Management: Analyse, model, and improve processes using BPMN; collaborate with stakeholders; optimize value streams.
  • Functional Analyst: Translate business needs into functional specs; support Agile teams, sprints, user stories, and stakeholder communication; understand basic APIs and integrations.

Administrative & Operational Assistant

infeurope is seeking an experienced Administrative and Operational Assistant with a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience. This role involves providing comprehensive administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administrative Support: Provide assistance in English and French, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations.
  • Documentation: Draft meeting minutes, reports, guidelines, and assist with the preparation, finalization, and distribution of various documents, including letters, notes, reports, graphs, and PowerPoint presentations.
  • Information Management: Manage the flow of information to ensure seamless coordination and operation of activities.
  • Support in Studies and Reports: Aid in drafting and reviewing studies and reports related to financial instruments such as micro-entrepreneurship, social entrepreneurship, skills and education.
  • Unit/Division Support: Assist with calendar management, organization of meetings and events, handling correspondence, preparation and distribution of documents, maintaining electronic and paper filing systems, and supporting unit activities and time reporting.
  • Coordination: Facilitate coordination between the team and the Advisory Services Director’s office, follow up on timely timesheet input, and ensure high-quality data recording.

Minimum Requirements

  • Language Proficiency: C1 level in English and French is mandatory.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in communication or any related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of proven experience
  • Knowledge of the institutional context of the EU and its Member States

Ideale Voraussetzungen

  • Sie haben Abitur oder einen höheren Abschluss.
  • Sie sprechen Englisch und Deutsch fliessend,
  • Sie haben Französischkenntnisse.
  • Sie haben bereits Erfahrung gesammelt mit internationalen Kunden im Kundenservice, Hotelrezeption, Reisebüro oder einer Fluggesellschaft
