Administrative & Operational Assistant
infeurope is seeking an experienced Administrative and Operational Assistant with a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience. This role involves providing comprehensive administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Administrative Support: Provide assistance in English and French, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations.
- Documentation: Draft meeting minutes, reports, guidelines, and assist with the preparation, finalization, and distribution of various documents, including letters, notes, reports, graphs, and PowerPoint presentations.
- Information Management: Manage the flow of information to ensure seamless coordination and operation of activities.
- Support in Studies and Reports: Aid in drafting and reviewing studies and reports related to financial instruments such as micro-entrepreneurship, social entrepreneurship, skills and education.
- Unit/Division Support: Assist with calendar management, organization of meetings and events, handling correspondence, preparation and distribution of documents, maintaining electronic and paper filing systems, and supporting unit activities and time reporting.
- Coordination: Facilitate coordination between the team and the Advisory Services Director’s office, follow up on timely timesheet input, and ensure high-quality data recording.
Minimum Requirements
- Language Proficiency: C1 level in English and French is mandatory.
- Bachelor’s Degree in communication or any related field.
- Minimum 7 years of proven experience
- Knowledge of the institutional context of the EU and its Member States
