infeurope S.A. is looking for a Training Services Officer (eLearning & Stakeholder Engagement), for a European Commission Agency in Strasbourg.

Start Date: January 2026

Your missions:

Build and maintain training offerings: You’ll design and update our training portfolio to meet the evolving needs of our stakeholders
Develop eLearning content: From concept to launch, you’ll create a dedicated online training resource on a key topic identified in early 2026
Assess training needs: Conduct a training needs analysis, define key audiences, and recommend future training topics and formats
Create engaging digital training: Design and produce interactive eLearning materials that are informative, accessible, and visually engaging
Engage with stakeholders: Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure training solutions meet strategic goals
Track and report performance: Support internal reporting by providing meaningful data and insights into training activities and impact

Your profile:

You hold a Master’s degree (or equivalent), with at least four years of higher education completed after secondary school
You have a minimum of 4 years of professional experience working in policy-related roles
You bring at least 1 year of specific experience in the relevant policy area for this position
You have strong English language skills (minimum B2 level required)
Experience in designing and delivering training programs (especially eLearning)
Strong understanding of stakeholder engagement and needs analysis
Ability to translate complex topics into clear, engaging training
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Comfortable working with data to track performance and improve outcomes
