Test Coordinator to work on remote/in Strasbourg

We are looking for a Test Coordinator for a client project, at multinational Institution, in Strasbourg.

Work location: 80% on-site in Strasbourg and 20% off-site

Start date: Immediately

Duration: 1 year; possible extensions

Contract: Freelance only

Preliminary Requirements: Candidate should be citizen of member states of the European Union (EU nationality) and should be able to get their criminal record.

Tasks description

• Run and follow-up of test campaigns.
• Responsible for coordinating and managing activities for the assigned team, and supervising deliverables such as test plans, test execution, and test results.
• Working with contractors from other Lots and supporting the client in carrying out testing activities as required.
• Specialised in functional testing, including performance and migration testing, as well as providing support for test environments and user testing campaigns.
• Managing testing-related activities, including support and maintenance of test environments, while ensuring compliance with quality standards and project timelines.
• Collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project requirements and expectations are clearly defined and met.
• Communicating project progress to senior management and stakeholders by providing regular reports and participating in steering committee meetings.
• Identifying and addressing issues and potential risks by making informed decisions to keep the project on track.
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of testing processes and support activities by identifying optimisation opportunities and implementing solutions.
• Managing and monitoring user tickets, ensuring strict adherence to SLAs to deliver responsive and high-quality support.

Job requirements:

• University degree (master or equivalent) in Computer Science.
• Minimum 8 years of experience for the nature of tasks.
• Knowledge of JMeter tool.
• Knowledge of OCP environment.
• Knowledge of Elastic/Kibana.
• Can conduct a test campaign.
• Biometric experience is a plus but not mandatory.
• Very good English speaking and writing skills.
• Curious.
