Strategy and Implementation Assistant for the EU Agency EIOPA in Frankfurt am Main – Interim/Zeitarbeit
We are looking for a Strategy and Implementation Assistant (M/F/D) for a multinational client in Frankfurt/Main, the European Insurance and Occupational Pensions Authority EIOPA.
Client:
- EIOPA is at the heart of insurance and occupational pensions supervision in the EU. Their aim is to foster financial stability and confidence in the insurance and pensions markets. EIOPA is an independent advisory body to the European Commission, the European Parliament and the Council of the European Union.

Main tasks:
- Prepare briefing materials, speaking points and background information for senior management ahead of meetings with EU institutions, national authorities and external stakeholders.
- Monitor relevant EU legislative and policy developments and provide regular updates.
- Support stakeholder relations, inter-institutional cooperation, and the organisation, preparation and follow-up of meetings.
- Provide general administrative and coordination support, as required
Education:
A post-secondary education attested by a diploma, preferably in the field of economics, European affairs and studies, international relations.
Work Experience:
At least one year work experience, gained in a multicultural environment. Ideally some experience in an EU agencies or institution environment to allow for easy integration.
IT Skills:
Expert knowledge of MS office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
Language Skills:
German: Proficiency level C2 (native or equivalent)
English: Proficiency level C1 (advanced professional proficiency)
Remuneration:
- Above market level salary
- German interim employment contract (Zeitarbeitsvertrag/Arbeitnehmerüberlassung)
Location: Frankfurt, Westhafenplatz 1
Start date: September 2026, approx.
End date: 3 months, extension possible to maximum 9 months
