Social Media Reporter Expert

Location(s): Luxembourg-Kirchberg

infeurope is looking for a Social Media Reporter with at least 3 years of experience. The client will be based in Luxembourg, Kirchberg.

The position will be proposed as hybrid means onsite & working from home possible.

The start date for this position will be ASAP.

The position will be proposed as a permanent contract.

 

EXPECTED TASKS 

  • Social Media Performance Analysis: Develop and manage social media reporting tools; produce weekly, monthly, and six-monthly reports.
  • Campaign Effectiveness: Analyze website and social media traffic and provide data-driven recommendations to improve outreach strategies.
  • Creative Campaign Development: Design and roll out social media campaigns to promote key messages, events, and flagship projects.
  • Benchmarking & Strategy Optimization: Develop and update KPIs, provide recommendations and best practice guidelines to maximize social media impact.
  • Social Media Evolution & Innovation: Monitor trends in social media channels and update strategies accordingly.
  • Live Event Reporting: Provide real-time social media coverage during key EU events.
  • Stakeholder Training: Support teams in social media best practices and contribute to training efforts.

EXPECTED SKILLS

Qualifications & Technical Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in communication, public relations, political sciences, international political economy, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Content & Campaign Expertise: Proven experience in writing social media copy, content creation, and campaign management for events, conferences, and corporate gatherings.
  • Editing & Production: Strong ability to summarize complex policy and financial topics into short, impactful social media content.
  • Software Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).
  • Linguistic Proficiency: Excellent command of UK Standard English (C2 level); knowledge of other EU languages is an asset.
  • Cross-Cultural Competence: Experience working in international environments with diverse stakeholders.

 

Professional Experience:

  • Experience Level: At least three (3) years of relevant work experience in social media communication, digital content strategy, and analytics.
  • EU/Institutional Knowledge: Prior experience delivering communication services to EC services, EU institutions, international financial organizations, or managing authorities (minimum 2 years).
  • Campaign Management: Proven track record in managing social media campaigns in an EU institutional setting.
  • Multimedia Expertise: Experience using videos and infographics to enhance social media engagement.
