infeurope wants to extend the existing semantic web and data consultancy team by a new experienced consultant (m/f/d) with strong project management and interpersonal skills. The mission is to be carried out in our premises with regular working sessions on the client site in Luxembourg.
The new colleague should come with the following skills:
- Higher education degree in informatics or data management (Master degree);
- Ideally professional experience of at least 3 years;
- Fluency in English (C1 level or higher);
- Knowledge of French would be considered an advantage;
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to facilitate collaboration and coordinate activities across different teams and organisations.
- Semantic web technologies:
- Understanding of the basic principles: RDF, ontologies, and SHACL.
- Experience in use of SPARQL for querying, integrating, and extracting insights from semantic data.
- Data, semantic interoperability and standards:
- Experience with open data publishing, linked data principles, and making data available in machine-readable formats.
- Expertise in data standardisation, data modelling, semantic interoperability frameworks, and best practices.
- Familiarity with tools for reference data management and sharing.
- Experience in the use of Python Django for the implementation of publication workflows.
- Knowledge of the DevOps principles.
- Collaboration skills:
- Proven experience in collaborating with a variety of stakeholders.
- Strong documentation and communication skills.
- Open minded approach to various stakeholders.
- Advantage: Proven experience in collaborating with public sector entities, EU institutions, and private sector partners.
- Advantage: A track record of creating user-friendly guides, tutorials, and training materials for a wide audience, including non-technical stakeholders.
- Advantage: Experience in planning and delivering trainings in semantic technologies
- Technical project management skills:
- Demonstrated success in managing and delivering complex technical projects within deadlines and resource constraints.
- Ability to effectively plan, prioritise, and allocate resources across multiple projects, balancing competing demands and expectations.
