Security Operations Coordinator in Tallinn

infeurope S.A. is looking for a Security Operations Coordinator, for a European Commission Agency in Tallinn.
Tasks:
- Monitor and process messages sent to the functional email boxes
- Drafting Protective Security related documentation: Operating Procedures for the Guards; HQ Physical Access Guidelines; Surveys and Risk Assessments; Surveys and Risk Assessments
- Coordinating security guarding contractual obligations: Responding to security incidents and providing reports; Monitoring and reporting of fulfilment of security guards’ contractual obligations
- Managing PSC and badge requests: Preparing access badges for the employees based on incoming requests; Providing expertise in processing Personal Security Clearance requests ; Ensuring Communication with internal and external stakeholders
- Additional Consultancy services linked to Security related tasks for the Security Unit: Coordinating the flow of work in liaison with staff members from Security unit and/or other department, units; Providing expertise and consultancy in the development of the emergency response capability and its implementation; Coordinating the preparation of meeting/events related to internal and external stakeholders; Overviewing the maintenance and repair of protective security equipment and access systems
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree
- minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience in Security
- very good knowledge of English language
- proof-reading of communication, documents, draft emails, etc. as needed in English
- maintain high level of accuracy, confidentiality and professionalism, including adherence to line management instructions
- ability to create professional documents and emails
- run reports & handle special security-related and safety-related projects, actions or activities as assigned
- knowledge in implementing good practice in physical security
- ability to perform the management of security guards
- knowledge of managing access control systems, video surveillance systems and other security and/or safety systems
- capability of handling access requests for the site and communicating with the stakeholders
- knowledge of performing security and safety risk assessments for the site or special events
- capacity of identifying as needed specific vulnerabilities and threats regarding the security and safety of the site and assets
- knowledge and capability of performing first response in case of an emergency
- ability to work in team
