Recruitment Assistant for the EU Agency AMLA in Frankfurt am Main – Interim/Zeitarbeit
We are looking for a Recruitment Assistant (M/F/D) for a multinational client in Frankfurt/Main, the EU Agency Authority for Anti-Money Laundering and Countering the Financing of Terrorism AMLA.
Client:
- The Authority for Anti-Money Laundering and Countering the Financing of Terrorism (AMLA) is a decentralised EU agency that coordinates national authorities to ensure the correct and consistent application of EU rules. The aim of the EU Authority is to transform the anti-money laundering and countering the financing of terrorism (AML/CFT) supervision in the EU and enhance cooperation among financial intelligence units (FIUs).
- At the AMLA you can become part of an international and multicultural team presently in its set-up phase.
Main tasks:
AMLA’s HR needs administrative support to cope with the large amount of recruitment procedures foreseen in 2026 (and 2027). As many other HR processes will need to be put in place in 2026, AMLA needs to free some capacity of their statutory staff, as they cannot be working full time on recruitment only.
Organise administrative support for recruitment procedure including:
- Support the selection process of AMLA staff (screening applications, organising written tests and interviews and preparing respective reports)
- Provide support to the Selection Committees during all phases of the selection procedures
- Liaise with proctoring company to organise invigilated test
- Providing general support for the Implementation of the recruitment process (draft offer letters, handle pre-employment medical examinations, etc.);
- Draft, publish and disseminate vacancy notices
- Assist in the management of the recruitment plan and reserve lists
Qualifications:
Essential: post-secondary education attested by a diploma.
Professional Experience:
Essential: 1 year experience with recruitment.
Advantageous: More years of experience and experience with structured recruitment procedures in EU or international bodies.
IT Skills:
Essential: General confidence with IT systems (will have to learn to use our recruitment tool) and good knowledge of Excel
Advantageous: Knowledge of specific IT tools for recruitment
Language Skills:
Essential: Very good level of English.

Essential: Structure, Flexibility, ability to work in a Team
Remuneration:
- Above market level salary
- German interim employment contract (Zeitarbeitsvertrag/Arbeitnehmerüberlassung)
