infeurope is looking for a Project Management Office (PMO) – Support consultant (m/f/d) for a client position in Luxembourg – Kirchberg.
The consultant is expected to deliver the following tasks:
- Follow the governance for monitoring portfolio project execution in line with PMO mandate and BAU routines;
- Gather input and ensure data quality for the consolidated portfolio reporting to the Management;
- Perform PMO mandate in resources management using custom tooling and standard/advance excel functionalities;
- Support PMO stakeholders in using the PMO tools and templates to comply with PMO framework and governance;
- Provide continuous support to enhancing existing PMO tools/framework and/or implementing new ones;
- Monitor individual projects reporting in line with PMO governance and standards;
- Provide support in the preparation of templates and ad-hoc reporting requests;
- Provide support in project management-related administrative tasks;
- Prepare, distribute and follow-up on Agendas and Meeting Minutes and schedule meetings;
- Perform other PMO monthly routines on a BAU basis; occasionally act as a project manager or perform other project roles (e.g. BA or tester).
Profile of the consultant:
Technical skills
- Higher Education diploma (minimum Bachelor) in IT, economy, business administration, finance, natural sciences or similar;
- Minimum two years of experience in similar assignments, supporting projects’ portfolio management function in financial institutions and/or capital markets (experience in banking will also be considered);
- Experience in providing consolidated reporting on a portfolio level to senior management;
- Experience in using MS office tools, such as Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point are mandatory;
- Experience in tools for presentations (e.g. ThinkCell, Power User BI, Tableau, etc.) or programming languages (e.g. Python, VBA, etc.) is a plus;
- Experience and very good knowledge of collaboration tools, such as Sharepoint and MS-Teams;
- Experience in process analysis and automation is a plus;
- Experience acting as a project controlling;
- Excellent written and spoken English (mandatory);
- Good knowledge of working in projects and coordination activities (mandatory);
- Theoretical knowledge of waterfall and agile methodologies (mandatory);
- Experience in estimating, forecasting, actuals tracking, project reporting (mandatory);
- Ability to document clear and complete stakeholder requirements and represent in the form of visual material;
- Ability to analyse and create.
