Multilingual (DE/FR/EN/LU) recent graduates for EP
infeurope is looking for multilingual speaking candidates (DE/FR/EN/LU) to work full-time for our client, the Europa Experience Multimedia Centre (EuEx), located in Luxembourg – Kirchberg.
This position is perfectly suited for recent graduates in the fields of Law, Economics, Political Sciences, translation and European Affairs with very good language skills.

Candidates should be citizens of Member States of the European Union (EU nationality).
Start date: 01.09.2025
Duration: 3 years with possible extensions
Contract: 100% onsite work, 5 days, 40 hours, from Monday to Saturday.
TASKS
- Welcoming of visitors, guiding them through security installations and presenting to them the EuEx exposition area, including the 360° cinema;
- Help visitors to better understand the European Union’s values and purpose in an engaging and multilingual format;
- Answering ad hoc inquiries by visitors, notably on the EuEx, but also on more general questions about the EU and its institutions or, if necessary, forwarding these inquiries immediately to designated EP or EC counterpart(s);
- Welcoming and facilitating/animating groups in the Role Play Game (RPG) area, including assisting visitors in using the technological tools of the exhibition, collecting all material after use;
- Contribute to the promotion of the Centre through big events.
REQUIREMENTS
- Good knowledge of the EU, its institutions and current EU affairs;
- Client orientation, pro-active attitude and politeness;
- Able to give short presentations to visitor groups;
- Good languages skills: ideally German, French, English, Luxembourgish;
- Sufficient IT knowledge (knowledge of Excel, good command of Word, internet, social media tools etc.) to process requests, answer inquiries and be able to handle existing technical equipment;
- Certified skills in First Aid is advantageous, but not required.
