IT Service Delivery Manager to implement ITIL 4 in Luxembourg

We are looking for an IT Service Delivery Manager to work for a client project in Luxembourg.

 Location: 100% on-site work in our premises, in Luxembourg.

Contract: Freelance

Start date: Immediately

Duration: 1 year; possible extensions

Preliminary Requirements:

• Candidate must be citizen of member states of the European Union (EU nationality).
• Candidate must be freelancer.
• Candidate must be ITIL 4 Managing Professional (MP) certified, at least including two of the following:
  • ITIL 4 Specialist: Create, Deliver and Support (CDS)
  • ITIL 4 Specialist: Drive Stakeholder Value (DSV)
  • ITIL 4 Specialist: High-velocity IT (HVIT)
  • ITIL 4 Strategist: Direct, Plan and Improve (DPI)

 Task description:

• Day-to-day management of operations that satisfy continuity of service, recovery, security and performance needs.
• Management of service deliveries using ITIL 4 MP methodology.
• infrastructure/application monitoring and reporting.
• Follow-up improvement of deployment processes.
• Make recommendations, high level reports and presentations.

Job requirements:

• University degree (Master of Advanced Studies) or Engineer in Computer Science/Security & Resource Management.
• Minimum 5 years of professional IT experience.
• ITIL 4 MP certified, attested by certificates, two of the following is required:
  • ITIL 4 Specialist: Create, Deliver and Support
  • ITIL 4 Specialist: Drive Stakeholder Value
  • ITIL 4 Specialist: High-velocity IT
  • ITIL 4 Strategist: Direct, Plan and Improve
• Proven and excellent experience in using, at least, the following technologies:
  • Service Now, Github
  • Linux, Oracle, SQL
  • X(HT)ML, XSLT, Java, Javascript, CSS, VBScript
• Excellent English speaking & writing skills.
• Very good French language skills.
• Experience and willingness of working in an international/multicultural environment.
