IT Administrative Assistant for the EU Agency AMLA in Frankfurt am Main – Interim/Zeitarbeit

We are looking for an IT Administrative Assistant (M/F/D) for a multinational client in Frankfurt/Main, the EU Agency Authority for Anti-Money Laundering and Countering the Financing of Terrorism AMLA.

Client:

  • The Authority for Anti-Money Laundering and Countering the Financing of Terrorism (AMLA) is a decentralised EU agency that coordinates national authorities to ensure the correct and consistent application of EU rules. The aim of the EU Authority is to transform the anti-money laundering and countering the financing of terrorism (AML/CFT) supervision in the EU and enhance cooperation among financial intelligence units (FIUs).
  • At the AMLA you can become part of an international and multicultural team presently in its set-up phase.

 Main tasks:

The Head of IT Unit needs assistance with tasks such as organizing meetings, preparing reports, managing correspondence, and coordinating internal follow-up actions.

  • Provide administrative support to the IT team leader or Head of IT Unit, including:
  • Scheduling and organizing meetings
  • Preparing presentations, reports, and documentation
  • Managing correspondence and filing
  • Assisting with internal coordination and follow-up actions
  • Support procurement and contract-related administrative processes
  • Assist with maintaining records and compliance documentation
  • Coordinate logistics for workshops and internal events

Qualifications:

Essential: Secondary education completed; preferably a diploma in preferably a diploma in Office Administration or related field.

Advantageous: Training or certification in administrative management

Professional Experience:

Essential:

  • At least 2 years of experience in project support, coordination, or administrative roles.
  • Experience in organizing meetings, preparing reports, and managing correspondence.

Advantageous:

  • Experience in supporting IT or technical teams.
  • Familiarity with EU institutional procedures.

IT Skills:

Essential:

  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Basic knowledge of project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Trello, or similar).
  • Knowledge of collaboration tools (SharePoint, Teams).
  • Basic understanding of IT terminology.

Advantageous:

  • Knowledge of collaboration tools (SharePoint, Teams).
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI).

Language Skills:

Essential: English: C1 level (working language), ability to draft professional correspondence in English.

Advantageous: German: B1 or higher, any additional EU language is an asset

Other skills and competences:

Essential:

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle confidential information.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills

Advantageous:

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
  • Ability to work in a multicultural environment.

Remuneration:

  • Above market level salary
  • German interim employment contract (Zeitarbeitsvertrag/Arbeitnehmerüberlassung)

Start date: 15. March 2026, approx.

End date: 6 months
