Human Resources Assistant for Frankfurt/Main

We are looking for an HR Assistant to work for a multinational client in Frankfurt/Main

Start date: Mid March 2023

End date: 9 months, extensions possible

Main tasks:

  • Providing specialised and operational support throughout the employment cycle, in particular, the recruitment process, the performance management, the training and development, the leave administration, ensuring timely compliance with Agency standards and requirements;
  • Handle the HR helpdesk with staff queries;
  • Undertake designated tasks as a key user of the HR operating system as requested in a timely and effective manner;
  • Input and edit HR data and carry out defined processes ensuring high quality outputs;
  • Administrative support to HR projects on ad-hoc basis;
  • Undertake designated administration tasks within the recruitment, induction, training and health and well-being fields in an efficient manner.

Education/Work experience:

  • Post-secondary education attested by a diploma, preferably in the field of Business administration / Human Resource Management relations;
  • Minimum 6 months experience in a similar position.

Computer skills:

  • Expert knowledge of MS office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint).

Language skills:

  • Very good command of oral and written English (C1 level).

Work schedule:

  • Onsite 40 hours per week from Monday-Friday
