Floor Staff candidates for the Europa Experience Multimedia Centre in Warsaw

We are looking for several Floor Staff candidates to work for our client, the Europa Experience Multimedia Centre (EuEx), located in Warsaw/Poland.

Candidates should be fluent in Polish (native level) and English, and citizens of Member States of the European Union (EU).

Start Date: Immediately

Duration: 1 year, renewable for 3 years

Working hours: 8 hours daily from Monday to Friday; or 4 hours daily from Monday to Friday; or 6 hours on Saturday

Welcoming and reception tasks:

  • Welcoming of visitors and presenting to them the EuEx exposition area, including the cinema,
  • Assisting and guiding the visitors who seek EU information, using relevant information sources,
  • Coordinating and managing the schedule of events in the EuEx exhibition, Role Play Game (RPG) and conference area,
  • Receiving, replying, processing and scheduling online inquiries and booking requests,
  • Proactively meeting the public and offering to explain the content of the exhibition to them. Introduction to the interactive multimedia stations and the 360° cinema,
  • Guiding and managing the flow of visitors and groups,
  • Providing first level technical support and checking that all the equipment is working properly and is in perfect order, including regular recharging and cleaning of the RPG mobile devices,
  • Supporting services during special events.

Job requirements:

  • University-level diploma or ongoing university-level studies,
  • Native-level language skills in Polish and minimum B2/C1 level language skills in English,
  • Minimum 6 months of professional experience in the field of information, social communication or related fields,
  • Knowledge of the EU, the EP and Members of the EP, their role and functions,
  • Sufficient IT knowledge (knowledge of Excel, good command of Word, internet, social media tools etc.) to process requests, answer inquiries and be able to handle existing technical equipment,
  • Show exemplary behaviour and client orientation in their contacts with visitors.
  • Certified skills in First Aid will be considered as an advantage.
