Administrative Assistant for the EU Agency AMLA – Supervisory Policy (Interim/Zeitarbeit)

We are looking for an Administrative Assistant – Supervisory Policy & Convergence (M/F/D) for a multinational client in Frankfurt/Main, the EU Agency Authority for Anti-Money Laundering and Countering the Financing of Terrorism AMLA.

Client:

  • The Authority for Anti-Money Laundering and Countering the Financing of Terrorism (AMLA) is a decentralised EU agency that coordinates national authorities to ensure the correct and consistent application of EU rules. The aim of the EU Authority is to transform the anti-money laundering and countering the financing of terrorism (AML/CFT) supervision in the EU and enhance cooperation among financial intelligence units (FIUs).
  • At the AMLA you can become part of an international and multicultural team presently in its set-up phase.

 Main tasks:

The work of the team requires extensive engagement with external stakeholders and the production and distribution of large volumes of documents. Administrative assistance will be essential to support this work and the timely delivery of legal mandates, since it frees up Expert time. It will also support the efficient organization of stakeholder meetings and the consistent presentation of AMLA deliverables.

  • Monitor and manage functional mailbox
  • Manage team diary
  • Manage internal workflows (eg submission of MM and GB materials)
  • Organise and manage the Unit’s external engagements, including WGs
  • Provide assistance during external engagements as necessary, eg monitoring participation, preparing minutes, recording action points
  • Administrative support (formatting documents, preparing ppt slides, Excel sheets)
  • Administrative assistance to HoU as required

Qualifications:

Essential: Completed secondary education and/or post-secondary education (or equivalent)

Professional Experience:

Essential: 2 years of experience in a similar role

IT Skills:

Essential: Very good working knowledge of MS Outlook, Word, Excel

Language Skills:

Essential: English (working proficiency; able to communicate clearly in writing and orally with internal stakeholders and service providers).

 

Other skills and competences:

Advantageous: Experience of working in a multicultural environment is an asset

 

Remuneration:

  • Above market level salary
  • German interim employment contract (Zeitarbeitsvertrag/Arbeitnehmerüberlassung)

Location: Frankfurt/Messeturm

Start date: 15. March 2026, approx.

End date: 6 months
