Digitalisation and Process Manager Consultant Senior

infeurope is looking for a Digitalisation and Process Manager Consultant Senior with at least 7 years of experience.

Start of Assignment 23/09/2025 End of Assignment 31/12/2025.  The position will be onsite at the client’s office based in Kirchberg.

 

TASKS

  • Facilitate Stakeholder Engagement
    • Organize and lead meetings and workshops with relevant client’s stakeholders to gather input and ensure alignment.
  • Business Analysis & Requirements Gathering
    • Conduct in-depth business analysis and collect detailed requirements from all stakeholders. Collaborate with UX/UI teams to validate and refine the proposed designs.
  • Process Improvement
    • Identify opportunities to simplify and enhance existing processes and procedures. Propose and document improvements.
  • Design New Functionalities
    • Define and document new process flows and procedures for upcoming use cases and functionalities.
  • Specification Development
    • Prepare detailed functional specifications for new features and processes, including those impacting satellite systems (e.g., CLM, Serapis, GED).
  • Data Requirements & Integration
    • Identify the data and information needed to automate workflows. Analyze data sources and integration points (e.g., data transfers to back-office systems or extraction from other platforms).
  • Stakeholder Onboarding
    • Organize presentations and demos to onboard new services and stakeholders to the platform and its functionalities.
  • Technical Collaboration
    • Work closely with IT teams to assess and propose new functional enablers.
  • Project Documentation & Reporting
    • Maintain up-to-date project documentation reflecting progress, completed work, and any identified risks, constraints, or dependencies. Regularly prepare status reports for senior management.
  • Knowledge Transfer & Handover
    • Prepare user manuals and ensure a comprehensive handover of working documents and deliverables at the end of the assignment.

KNOWLEDGE

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in digitalisation and process management;
  • Solid proven experience as Senior Business Analyst and adequate relevant experience and project management;
  • Knowledge and understanding of Financial products and Back Office activities (Capital markets and Lending market).

 

COMPETENCE

Proficiency in MS PowerPoint.
