Business Analyst Consultant

We are seeking a BA Consultant with expertise in the participation of elaboration procedures  in the financial sector to work in a hybrid capacity for our multinational client.

Experience in working with the RACI matrix is required.

Duration: From 13/10/2025 to 12/02/2026, with possible extension up to three annual renewals under the same conditions.

Location of work:  Hybrid – 20% on-site (Luxembourg) and 80% off-site.

Preliminary Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in designing procedures, controls, and processes within the financial sector.
• Familiarity with RACI matrix for role allocation.
• Experience defining and documenting IT Application Controls and End-User Computing Applications.
• University degree in Business, Administration, or equivalent.
• Knowledge of international standards regarding internal controls and fraud risk is an advantage.
• Knowledge of international standards regarding Business Continuity is a strong advantage.
• Knowledge of local and EU regulations regarding the financial sector is an advantage.

Task Description:

• Design and implement procedures, controls, and processes aligned with financial sector standards.
• Define and document IT Application Controls and End-User Computing Applications.
• Apply RACI matrix to allocate roles and responsibilities clearly.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with internal controls, fraud risk standards, and business continuity frameworks.
•  Review and update existing operating procedures; create new ones if needed.
• Assess and redesign process flows with control-risk matrices.
• Maintain and update master files and documentation in SharePoint.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of all documentation.
• Prepare regular project status presentations.

Job Requirements:

• Strong communication and presentation skills in English (minimum B2 level).
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
