Business Analysis Assistant for the European Labour Authority ELA in Bratislava

infeurope is looking for its client, the European Labour Authority in Bratislava, Slovakia for a Business Analysis Assistant (BA).

Tasks:

  • Gather and compile data from various sources;
  • Assist in analyzing data to identify trends, patterns, and insights;
  • Use tools like spreadsheets or specialized software for data analysis
  • Contributing to monitoring business solutions of ELA partners and new functionalities
  • Assist in documenting business processes, requirements, and workflows;
  • Create and maintain documentation related to business analysis activities;
  • Work with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements;
  • Assist in conducting interviews, surveys, and workshops to gather information;
  • Help in preparing reports and presentations to convey analysis results;
  • Assist in identifying and analyzing business problems;
  • Contribute to the development of solutions to address identified issues
  • Perform any other task requested by the line management in the interest of the service;

Skills & Experience:

  • Completed university degree (if FG IV), e.g. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Development, or equivalent academic qualifications in the areas of Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science and/or Information Technologies;
  • Professional experience of at least three (3) years relevant to the tasks;
  • Experience with performing business analysis and requirements collection for establishing highly automated solutions, database-driven, automated visualisations and/or elements including advanced artificial intelligence or machine-learning based technology;
  • Excellent/ Proficient command of the English language (C1 Level based on the Common Framework of Reference Languages);
  • Sound knowledge of business analysis methodologies and good practices, demonstrated by practical experience in IT projects and preferably also by certifications on internationally recognised methodology business analysis (such as IIBA CCBA/CBAP, IREB CPRE, or equivalent);
  • Knowledge of chatbot development platforms and frameworks (e.g., Dialogflow, Microsoft Bot Framework, IBM Watson, Rasa);
  • Understanding of natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning concepts;
  • Familiarity with APIs and integration processes to connect chatbots with other systems;
  • Basic project management skills to plan, prioritise, and track tasks and milestones in chatbot development projects;
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into non-technical language for stakeholders.

Advantageous Criteria:

  • Experience with modern information and communication tools, e.g. apps, chatbots, artificial intelligence etc;
  • Experience in procurement and/or contract management of IT services projects during the whole software development life cycle;
  • Proven knowledge of coding skills in languages like Python or JavaScript;
  • Experience with requirements development and management in software development
  • projects during the whole software development life cycle;
  • Experience with feasibility studies, market studies (software), and/or preparation of business cases and IT work plans.
