We are looking for several Administrative Assistants (M/F/D) for an European Agency in Köln/Germany (interim positions)
Fields of recruitment:
- Facilities & logistics.
- HR Recruitment.
- Finance.
- Personal Assistants.
- Digital communication.
Client:
- The client is an agency of the European Union and counts about 800 staff.
- The headquartes are located in Köln (Germany).
Main tasks:
- field specific tasks in the field of facilities & logistics OR HR recruitment OR Personal Assistants OR Digital communications/Webmasters;
- provide general administrative support;
- checking and formatting documents (including drafting simple documents and memos);
- preparing overviews and task tracking using Excel;
- liaise internally to gather and collate inputs;
- document and file management;
- monitoring internal and external deadlines;
- assisting in the organisation of meeting both with internal staff and external stakeholders;
- monitoring functional mailboxes;
- support Team members in handling inquiries from externals.
Computer skills:
- Very good knowledge of MS office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint).
Language skills:
- Very good command of oral and written English (minimum B2 level).
- A second EU language is desirable but not mandatory.
Work schedule:
- 40 hours per week from Monday-Friday.
Remuneration:
- Above market level salary;
- German interim employment contract (Zeitarbeitsvertrag/Arbeitnehmerüberlassung).
Duration: contract duration to be defined as per specific business need (up to 9 months)
