Procurement and Contract Assistant for Luxembourg

Start Date: January 2021

Tasks:

  • Providing support for the Procurement and Contract department
  • Supports the design, negotiation and management of contracts and vendor relationships for IT products and services.
  • Sources and collects contract performance data), and monitors performance against KPIs. Identifies and reports under-performance and develops opportunities for improvement.
  • Monitors compliance with Terms and Conditions and take appropriate steps to address non-compliance. Coordination of signatures and filing of electronic and hard copy documents and contracts
  • Compliance monitoring -Monitors compliance with Terms and Conditions and take appropriate steps to address non-compliance.

Profile:

  • 7 years’ experience in managing contracts and suppliers related to consulting, IT services and support
  • Education: University degree in Accounting, Finance or Law
  • Language skills: English,
  • French and German are considered as an advantage
