Procurement and Contract Assistant for Luxembourg

Tasks:
- Providing support for the Procurement and Contract department
- Supports the design, negotiation and management of contracts and vendor relationships for IT products and services.
- Sources and collects contract performance data), and monitors performance against KPIs. Identifies and reports under-performance and develops opportunities for improvement.
- Monitors compliance with Terms and Conditions and take appropriate steps to address non-compliance. Coordination of signatures and filing of electronic and hard copy documents and contracts

Profile:
- 7 years’ experience in managing contracts and suppliers related to consulting, IT services and support
- Education: University degree in Accounting, Finance or Law
- Language skills: English,
- French and German are considered as an advantage
