Policy Specialist in Tallinn

infeurope is looking for a Policy Specialist, for eu-LISA in Tallinn. Both Junior and Senior profiles are welcome.

TASKS

• Support in drafting specific strategic documentation, policies, procedures, standards, guidelines, reports, notes, summaries
• contribute to the implementation of objectives as set-up in the Institution Strategy, Annual work Programme and other internal strategies
• support with the drafting of processes and workflows
• assist with the monitoring of developments in the Justice and Home Affairs field and other related policies with impact on the functioning of the Institution
• gather and analyse data and information

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor degree;
• minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience in the policy field;
• knowledge of the Justice and Home Affairs policies and processes;
• knowledge of the Data Protection Regulation;
• good communication skills;
• knowledge and/or preferably professional experience in drafting policies, standards, procedures, guidelines, or business cases;
• knowledge and/or proven professional experience in drafting reports;
• ability to communicate efficiently and unambiguously;
• good organisation skills, to track priorities, work to deadlines and manage projects
