infeurope is looking for PMO Assistants profiles for one of his clients based in Luxembourg.

Contract : CDI – Start Date : ASAP.

Profile 1 : PMO Assistant with 3 years of experience.
Profile 2 : PMO Assistant with 7 years of experience.

• Standard Portfolio Management Office activities:
o Managing the PMO Project Pipeline: Quality Assurance on Project Charters, Business Cases and Project Change Requests. Driving the corresponding approval processes. Ensuring that all the audit trails and deliverables required by the procedures are in place.
o PMO portfolio-level reporting: Quality Assurance on the monthly PMO reporting to the management.
o PMO project-level quality assurance: Support the project managers with their updates in PMIS on cost, duration, scope, issues etc.
o Multi-Annual Capital budget planning & controlling: Managing the financial aspects of the projects and reporting about overall budget consumption.
o Publishing and maintaining PMO procedures and document templates.
o Providing support in the preparation of agendas, presentations and minutes for the Strategic Transformation Committee (STC).
o Testing PMIS after patching campaigns.
• Support the users of the SharePoint and Ms Project Server based project management solution (PMIS), (IT Project Managers) by teaching them how to use MS Project Server in the most efficient
way for them and for the PMO.
• Participate in the continuous demand management process in which all requests for Digital Transformation and IT projects are collected by the PMO.
• Support the Project managers in their understanding of the PM2 project management methodology.

• IT Portfolio Management office;
• IT Project Management methodology (PM2, PMP, Prince2 or Agile);
• MS Project and MS Project Server;
• MS SharePoint;
• MS Office tools, WORD, Excel, PowerPoint.

• Experience in Portfolio Management work;
• A proven track record and hands-on knowledge of a Portfolio Management Offices; quality control of large IT projects and/or IT programmes;
• Hands-on experience with MS SharePoint, MS Project and MS Project Server both as an end user and with platform maintenance;
• Practical experience and certifications with methodologies related to project and portfolio management, ideally experience of PM2. Additionally, PMP, PRINCE2 and agile methodologies would be an advantage.

• Bachelor degree.

• Fluent in english.
