We are looking for a Personal Assistant (M/F/D) for a multinational client in Frankfurt/Main

Start:               mid of October 2021

Duration          mid/end of of April 2022, extensions possible

Main tasks:

  • Maintaining the Chair’s agenda; organising and coordinating internal and external (high level) meetings, telephone conferences, appointments;
  • Taking care of logistics, including registration of guests and requesting catering if necessary;
  • Providing the Chair with all underlying documents and information in due time before the respective meetings;
  • Administrating documents and confidential correspondence including registering and formatting of documents;
  • Collecting and archiving all type of incoming and outgoing correspondence;
  • Managing the workflow of internal distribution of documents and following up;
  • Organising travel arrangements for the Chair (proposing the most efficient flight/train connections, hotel accommodation, meeting schedules), taking into account the budget and travel policies in place; Processing travel orders and reimbursement claims;
  • Provide a full range of secretarial and administrative tasks, which will support the customer Senior Management’s office


  • A-level ( Abitur) & 5 years of relevant working experience or
  • Bachelor & 2 years of relevant working experience

Computer skills:

  • Very good knowledge of MS Office, in particular Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.  Very good knowledge of web-conferencing tools (e.g. Webex, Zoom, Teams, etc.)

Language skills:

  • Very good command of oral and written English

Work schedule:

  • 20 hours per week from 14:00-18:00 Monday-Friday

Working contract:

The working contract will be established  with our our local partner company in Germany, Fairmar Consulting GmbH
