Semantic Technologies & Data Modelling consultant
infeurope S.A. is involved in a major reference data project for an European Institution in Luxembourg. The current team is too small to face all the challenges of this project which involves more and more European institutions. We are therefore looking for an Semantic Technologies & Data Modelling Consultant to reinforce our project team.
The technical expert is expected to support the development and maintenance of statistical and business related classification data used across the European Union.
The Consultant will work with a major EU institution, providing know how and competences in SPARQL, Python and pipeline optimization.
On a day-to-day basis you will interact with relevant open source based systems and work on the modelling, evolution and dissemination of high value semantic datasets.
Minimum Requirements
- Proven knowledge of semantic web technologies
- Knowledge of RDF, SKOS/OWL, SPARQL
- Knowledge of related programming languages (e.g. Python..)
- minimum 4 years of experience in IT
Your tasks
- Reference data modelling
- Reference data maintenance
- Updating ontologies
- Providing consultancy in data modelling
- Designing of tailor-made data service offers for European Institutions
