Our experts realise projects for the European Institutions and International Organisations in Luxembourg and other EU Member States.

We are looking for a “Junior Information Management Consultant” to reinforce an onsite team with one of our customers (European Institution) in Luxembourg.


The candidate is expected to possess advanced knowledge of / experience in:

  • Bachelor in information management or document management or library management;
  • Very good command of English (minimum C1 level); French would be an advantage;
  • Very good command of MS Office suite;
  • Good knowledge of archiving and document management standards practices and procedures;
  • Experience of document management systems e.g. Opentext Content Server, and/or Microsoft Sharepoint would be an advantage;
    Team player;
  • Strong sense of responsibility, initiative, integrity and commitment;
  • Service and customer orientation;
  • Ability to organise  and prioritise workload;
  • Ability to work reliably and accurately;
  • Flexibility and adaptability;
  • Results orientated.


  • Contribute to the implementation of the Enterprise Content Management (ECM) system: draft business cases, analyse business requirements, translate them into functional specifications, execute test plans and test cases

  • Review the metadata list

  • Participate to the administration and maintenance of the ECM system (creation of user accounts, new metadata, identification and report of bugs, data quality review…)

  • Update the different procedures manual and guidelines related to the ECM system

  • Providing consultancy in records management & information management.
