We are looking for a Service Manager of IT Operations for a client project in Stockholm.

Start Date : ASAP/Flexible

Duration : 4 years, possible extensions

Task description:

  • Manage the development and implementation of an IT service management methodology (e.g. ITIL);
  • Service Level Agreement (SLA) development, maintenance, performance measurements;
  • Perform Service Level Requirement and Service Level Review meetings;
  • Drafting and iteration of documents;
  • Development and updating of service management procedures;
  • Process maps, specifications and improvements;
  • Service Management Tool review, gap analysis, (re)build and input;
  • Support the department of digital transformation services in matters related to Business continuity planning;
  • Develop and maintain Service Desk procedures, processes and manuals;
  • Project communications, meetings, trainings, workshops and events.

Job requirements:

  • University degree with minimum 6 years’ experience in IT;
  • Minimum of 6 years’ experience in IT service management;
  • ITIL specialist / expert education and certification;
  • Proven ITIL qualifications/experience required for the specific task;
  • Relevant experience in implementing and improving ITIL processes;
  • Practical experience with Service Level Management;
  • Excellent knowledge in implementing/testing/adapting a service management tool;
  • Excellent skills and experience in Project Management;
  • Practical experience with Project Management methodologies;
  • Very good reporting skills;
  • Experience and education in the area of risk management (advantage).
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in the English language.
