Communication and Events Assistant in Strasbourg

infeurope S.A. is looking for an Events and Communication Assistant for an institution of a European Organization in Strasbourg.

Tasks:

  • Providing support to arrange and coordinate events in Strasbourg and other EU countries for an international audience;
  • Providing assistance to elaborate and update the communication strategy;
  • Support for the social media strategy for channels like LinkedIn.

Requirements:

  • Two-year university Degree (Bac+2);
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience, of which a minimum of 1 year of experience in Event, Travel, or a related field;
  • Ability to exercise professional discretion in a highly confidential work environment;
  • Proven strong level of personal integrity;
  • Supportive and helpful personality, with a cooperative and service-oriented attitude;
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to cooperate smoothly in a multicultural environment;
  • Very good English language skills; French language knowledge is considered an asset.
