Event Coordinator
infeurope is looking for an Event Coordinator, for a European Client based in Luxembourg.

Tasks:
-Provision of consultancy and support for organising digital and in-person events
-Handling post-event reports
-Support for the coordination of all logistics
-Managing the venue search and booking
-Provision of support for budgeting and invoicing
-Contributing to our events strategy and propose / implement innovative event formats
-Adhering to existing policies and procedures including risk and procurement
Profile:
-Strong organisational skills of stat-of-the-art adult learning formats and both face-to-face and online events (conferences, workshops, networking activities) and problem-solving skills
-Proven event and project management skills, preferably supported by a certification, ability to structure and prioritise tasks for a number of parallel projects
-Proven knowledge about event management applications and any other event management software to support organisational processes
-Good knowledge about the events market and being up-to-date with the latest event trends, ideally supported by training certificates
-Good knowledge and proven experience in using webinar and streaming platforms (Webex, Zoom, any other platforms), and ability to identify the best platform solutions depending on client’s needs
-Strong computer skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office processing and Social Media, some knowledge of Adobe Indesign and Adobe Illustrator is considered an asset
-Team player and good communicator
-Willingness to travel
-Ability to pay attention to detail and meet strict deadlines
Requirements:
-Bachelor degree in the area of Business Administration, Event Management, Hospitality Management, Marketing, Leisure and tourism or similar areas
-Minimum 5 years’ experience in the delivery of services related to event organisation (face-to-face and online formats)
-Previous experience with EC services, other EU institutions, international financial organisations, public stakeholders on EU member State level or similar assignments
-A previous experience in managing larger event and learning infrastructures for the financial sector in the EU is an advantage.
-Excellent command of English, including effective spoken presentation and written reporting abilities
-Good command of French, any other EU languages is considered an asset
-Portfolio of the organisation and coordination of minim 20 physical events and minim 10 online events (webinars)
-Proven track record in organising and coordinating face-to-face and online events of large attendance, with multiple external service providers involvement
