e-Learning Assistant in Tallinn

infeurope is looking for an e-Learning Assistant, for eu-LISA in Tallinn.

 

TASKS

Providing support to Design eLearning products as per the training plan:

  • Develop new e-learning materials and new e-learning products, modules and microlearning as per the established eu-LISA annual training plan for SIS, VIS, Eurodac, ECRIS-TCNs, EES, ETIAS, eCodex, Interoperability, including the production of interactive e-learning content; keep the content updated, create and manage collaborative spaces
  • Support the organisation and logistical support of training activities, webinars, virtual classrooms, etc
  • Facilitate consultations with stakeholders to customize the Learning Management System (LMS) platform to meet user needs, ensure the continuous improvement of user experience, identify areas for improvement of the LMS platform
  • Support ongoing maintenance of the LMS platform, with for example testing
  • Troubleshoot issues within e-courses, modules available on the platform and implement appropriate solutions
  • Liaise with the portfolio managers to coordinate the preparation of the products
  • Provide expert advice on online technologies and trends, and contribute to the development and implementation of the online training approach
  • Provide assistance in reporting, preparation of presentations, training materials and various internal documentation

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant education (Bachelor’s Degree) after the secondary school
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant professional experience in the domain (e-learning content production and management)
  • Knowledge of multimedia production and graphic design software (e.g Adobe Premier, Camtasia, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop) and e-learning tools (e.g. Moodle, Articulate Storyline 360, Mentimeter, webinar tools)
  • Proficiency in using MS Office applications
  • Ability to work independently, under pressure and respond to changes in a rapidly evolving work environment
  • Good communication skills (oral, written, presentation, facilitation) and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to cooperate smoothly in a multicultural environment
  • Working experience within an international and multicultural environment is an advantage
