Customer Support for International Organisation

For an International Organisation, infeurope is looking for a Customer Support staff member with strong communication skills.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- First point of contact for the international customers of a prestigious International Organisation
- Providing general and subject-specific support to customers regarding patent applications and procedures, various forms and fees, online tools and services
- Responsible for registration and processing of customer enquiries via phone, contact form and email
- User guidance on the organisation webpage to ensure applicants and companies understand the patent procedures
- Customer data management and maintenance in various data management tools
Your Profile:
- Fluency in German and English (French would also be an advantage)
- Preferably previous experience in customer care or hospitality
- Passionate about customer care and ability to work in a dynamic customer service environment
- Ability to pick things up quickly and wants to learn new things
- Customer focused with experience of managing complex enquiries
- Excellent communication skills
- Organisational and problem solving skills
- Team player who enjoys working in a cross-functional, diverse and international team
