infeurope is looking for a Customer Support Agent for an International Organisation in the heart of Munich

 Your profile:

Ideally fluent in English and German, French is considered an advantage

Ability to work in a customer service environment

Excellent communication skills Organizational and problem-solving skills

You are a team player and enjoy working in an international, cross-functional and diverse team

IT affinity

Ability to prioritize and perform effectively in a highly dynamic work environment

Preferably with experience, and passionate about customer care (inbound)


Your tasks: 

Independent written correspondence with international customers (bilingual: German, English)

Receiving and handling customer enquiries via phone and processing or forwarding them to the relevant departments

Continuous training regarding the regulations, procedures, assignment pools and tools

Data management and data maintenance in several databases and CRM/CSM systems

Support in complaint management and analysis of customer sentiment/feedback

Providing customer support with regard to technical IT enquiries including troubleshooting and guidance for access issues, application configuration, browser issues, software installations, assignment of permission rights.

Technical support in the event of error messages due to incorrect computer settings or outdated software/browser)

Fast grasp of processes, procedures and analytics
