Administrative and Project Support Expert for the EU Agency AMLA in Frankfurt am Main – Interim/Zeitarbeit
We are looking for an Administrative and Project Support Expert – Project and Administrative Support (M/F/D) for a multinational client in Frankfurt/Main, the EU Agency Authority for Anti-Money Laundering and Countering the Financing of Terrorism AMLA.
Client:
- The Authority for Anti-Money Laundering and Countering the Financing of Terrorism (AMLA) is a decentralised EU agency that coordinates national authorities to ensure the correct and consistent application of EU rules. The aim of the EU Authority is to transform the anti-money laundering and countering the financing of terrorism (AML/CFT) supervision in the EU and enhance cooperation among financial intelligence units (FIUs).
- At the AMLA you can become part of an international and multicultural team presently in its set-up phase.
Main tasks:
To provide support to the Governance team: To guarantee timely delivery of assigned tasks. The interim position will be evenly split between administrative support and assistance with ad hoc governance project-related activities.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support (e.g., managing functional mailbox, maintaining data files, ensuring accurate documentation for Executive Board and General Board meetings).
- Coordinate meeting logistics and stakeholder interactions (e.g., ensuring timely communication and smooth organisation of internal and external engagements).
- Assist in the implementation of ad hoc projects (e.g., supporting the Team Leader and project leads with planning, drafting timelines, monitoring progress, and preparing reports).
- Contribute to process improvements and governance-related tasks, identifying efficiencies, ensuring compliance with internal procedures, and supporting collaborative initiatives across teams
Qualifications:
Essential: Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline
Advantageous: Preferred disciplines: social sciences, particularly Law
Professional Experience:
Essential: Minimum 5 years
Advantageous: Experience in project management
IT Skills:
Essential: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Advantageous: Familiarity with document management systems or collaborative platforms (e.g., SharePoint)
Language Skills:
Essential: English (near-native or native fluency)
Advantageous : Other EU languages are advantageous

Remuneration:
- Above market level salary
- German interim employment contract (Zeitarbeitsvertrag/Arbeitnehmerüberlassung)
