Accounting and Vendor Management Assistant

Location(s): Estonia Tallinn

infeurope is looking for an Accounting and Vendor Management Assistant for eu-LISA, an institution of the European Commission in Tallinn.

 

TASKS

  • Providing support for accounting, contract management, and vendor management
  • Validation of contracts, orders, invoices, and delivery notes from external suppliers
  • Coordination with external stakeholders such as suppliers
  • Tracking the Procurement and Acquisition plan, including its regular update and performance measurement through the established KPIs
  • Contract management and launching of procurement procedures
  • Defining orders, service requests, purchase orders, and other relevant documentation for efficient procurement and operational processes

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Higher education attested by a diploma (Bachelor’s Degree)
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience, of which a minimum of 1 year is in administration or finance
  • Ability to exercise professional discretion in a highly confidential work environment
  • Proven strong level of personal integrity
  • Supportive and helpful personality, with a cooperative and service-oriented attitude
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to cooperate smoothly in a multicultural environment
  • Very good English language skills; Estonian language knowledge is considered an asset
