Quality and standards

We maintain a strong commitment to quality and professionalism, to which end we have ISO9001:2000 certification and pursue an active training and personal development programme for our personnel.
We focus on a number of standard frameworks:
  • the Unified Process (UP) software engineering framework, providing a use-case driven, architecture-centric, iterative, object-oriented, and component-based approach. Complementing our use of UP, we employ UML methodology for analysis and design.
  • a project management framework based on the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) of the Project Management Institute and on the PRINCE2 method
  • the IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) service framework, providing best practice-based processes for IT service delivery and support
  • an approach to software testing aligned with the International Software Testing Qualifications Board
  • adoption of other standards and methodologies appropriate to service needs, such as XBRL, BPMN, BPEL and ISO 27000
