Personal Development

Our policy is always to recruit well-qualified people, and almost all of our personnel have relevant university degrees. In support of this policy, infeurope has established a Continuing Personal Development (CPD) programme for its personnel - an ongoing training programme which is also extended to our long-term contract workers.

We expect all of our staff to be fully proficient in their working area and to pass, or have passed, two or three related technology certification examinations - and then, through CPD, at least one more certification per year. The skills acquired help to provide increased productivity, greater employee and customer satisfaction, and enhanced staff credibility.

As examples of our commitment to CPD, we have achieved the following:
  • more than 45 IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) certifications
  • around 45 Project Management Professionals (PMP) certifications by the Project Management Institute
  • 35 PRINCE2 Foundation level certifications and 27 at Practitioner level
  • about 30 certifications by the International Software Testing Qualifications Board
  • around 60 Java certifications
  • 15 BEA WebLogic Server certifications, and a number of WebLogic Administrator certifications
  • We also have personnel with certifications in .net, Security and Oracle OCP
