infeurope S.A. is providing high-level business services and is looking for an experienced Bid Manager with strong public procurement background to evaluate tender submissions for our public procurement team headquartered in Luxembourg.

Tasks

Your remit will be to deal with all aspects of putting a proposal together. You will control all stages of the process: initial request, coordination of the bid, producing of the final text. You will work in our "bid management" team headed by a principal consultant, and will have to write or review high-quality deliverables (bid proposals, case studies, specimen quotations) in English and French.
You will be involved in the writing and the review of the proposal, which will have to meet the client's technical, financial, legal and contractual requirements while respecting the planning and cost constraints. You need an excellent understanding of IT and you will make a risk analysis for each bid and you have to make win/loss analysis after bid conclusion, keep track of the result and analyse this result. A thorough understanding of European/International Institution business services from a similar role is desirable.

Requirements and Skills

• at least 3 years experience in a similar position
• university degree in computer sciences, economics or equivalent by experience
• perfect command of English is mandatory, French and/or German would be a distinct advantage
• hard worker with excellent communication and presentation skills (both written and verbal)
• able to operate independently and in a team with a sense of responsibility
• strong interest in quality management and IT service management
• certification from ITIL, PMI or PRINCE2 would be a distinct advantage
• good command of MS Office suite
